Ernie is trapped.... trapped in the mind of Stone after his physical body was destroyed. However its not all bad for our psychotic madman, he gets to spend time with his mistress Lady Death. Between them they hatch a plan to get megadeath back on track and Ernie out in the world killing again. Meanwhile the senate is looking for someone to blame for the 200,000 dead and the carnage Ernie caused. In the firing line is Dr Price & Young whose machine they believe gave Ernie his powers. Watch as Ernie once again reeks havoc on earth and this time.. he wont stop until he reaches the Whitehouse.
