Green Lantern is in Star City when he stops a young teenager from beating up a man, sending the teen to the police station. However the onlookers despise him for this, booing and pelting him with garbage as Green Arrow looks on from the rooftop. He then gives Hal a tour of the abysmal conditions the poor tenants are forced to live in,revealing the argument he broke up was dealing with the landlord preparing to evict everyone and sell the property to become a parking lot
